TV Shows I'm Looking Forward To Watching This Season*

Amazon Fire Stick

Spring is here and the summer is fast approaching! Honestly, I'm so sick and tired of dealing with heavy rain and the 'Beast From The East' so it's nice to enjoy good weather and get some sunshine.
For myself, I love the fact that I can go for nice walks in the park and enjoy beautiful days out.

Spring/summer also means that I can look forward to watching up and coming TV shows and events. Here are some of the shows I'm looking forward to watching this season.

Love Island

I absolutely enjoyed watched Love Island last year - it was so good! Every evening during the summer, I was unavailable because I was too busy watching this show and I was hooked from the beginning. As the time comes near I've been looking forward to the return of the show - which sees young singletons stay in a villa in Spain and get coupled up - and I can't wait. Apparently, Caroline Flack said that Love Island will return at the start of June and I'm kind of excited.

Britain's Got Talent

This talent show came back on the weekend and it did not disappoint. I don't really watch talent or competition shows anymore - I used to watch The X Factor and I'd watch a few episodes of Strictly Come Dancing every season, including the finals and semi-finals - but Britain's Got Talent is my favourite. It's nice to see a variety of performances and talent on show.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire

I saw the trailer for this weekend and I was quite excited - I didn't think that this show would ever come back! Who Wants To Be A Millionaire is a game show where you answer general knowledge questions, and each question you answer correctly wins you money. The million dollar question is usually the hardest one to answer, but answer it correctly and you win £1m! It's quite an intense show. Growing up, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was one of my favourite shows and I always told myself that maybe one day, I'd appear on it and try it out. Now there's a chance but in the meantime, I'm looking forward to this show coming back on the telly.

The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air

Okay, so this isn't returning back to the TV in the summer - at least I'm not aware of that - but The Fresh Prince of Bel Air is one of my favourite shows of all time and I know that I will be finding a little bit of time to watch the episodes because it's so hilarious. I'll be watching The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air using the Amazon Fire Stick. With this, you can access a range of catchup channels and subscription services - such as BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Disney Life and Spotify - and you can find a variety of programmes and films to watch. It's like having a catalogue of entertainment at the touch of a button.

Wimbledon

I started getting into 'tennis-watching' a few years ago (I think) but I've not been very consistent with it in recent times. This year, I'm looking forward to watching Wimbledon and seeing as I work from home, I will be able to stick it on in the background while typing away. I might find some lovely venues in London where I can watch the game live so if you know of any places, please let me know in the comments below.

What are you looking forward to watching this spring/summer season?
