Pursing My Passions With Bidvine*

If you've been reading my blog for a long time then you'll realise that I have a lot of personal goals that I would like to achieve.
There are so many things I want to do in my life, and I think it's always important to have a range of talents and add many 'strings to your bow' so to speak. Luckily, there is a website and mobile app called Bidvine, which allows me to find professionals who offer services related to my passions.

Bidvine is pretty easy to use. You start off by searching for the service you require (i.e. dancing lessons) in your area and you'll have to answer a series of questions on the website. This is nothing to worry about at all - these questions are asked so that the site can determine your needs in specific detail. Then you'll receive bids, review them and you can hire the professional you want.

Having looked at the website, I really like it, the design it's simple yet sophisticated, and it's definitely a site I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a service that will help them save time (i.e. house cleaning and gardening), or those who are hoping to pursue their passions. There's a huge variety of services, such as events planning, home improvement, learning and health, and there are lots of services to pick from within these categories.

With Bidvine, I can pick the services that align with my interests. First of all, I'd love to learn to play the piano so I'd search for piano lessons in my area. I learned to play for a while when I a kid and I regret not sticking with it, but it did cost my mum so much money per session. I've always had an interest in playing a musical instrument so when I was in primary school I learned to play the trombone for a short while and I hated it, so I starting learning to play the keyboard before giving it up. It's a dream of mine to learn piano to a high grade, and I hope to achieve that one day.

Another skill I'd love to learn is to speak Spanish fluently. I did learn Spanish at school and I attempted to take a module in Spanish when I was studying at university, but I can't speak it well and that's such a shame because I have a massive interest in the language and culture. I'd love to have one-to-one Spanish lessons and I'd be able to find those via the website. Other skills I'd love to learn include swimming - which I did in primary school - and driving.

Last but not least, there is an activity that I'd love to take up at some point - yoga. I've heard so many great things about yoga and I know that it comes with many physical and mental benefits for health and well-being. I've actually been searching for yoga classes in London for a while now but with Bidvine, I hope to find local yoga sessions and start participating soon.

What passions would you love to pursue?

  1. I was looking for a good yoga trainer since a long time. After reading your blog, I tried the website out and I have to say it is very helpful. I will hopefully find a good yoga teacher soon.
