Blogmas Day 21: My Friend Just Released A Book!

My good friend from school Teia Saranta has just released her first book!
The book is titled Royal Blood: Weirdness is my Perfection. It's a self-help book full of positive enlightenment and uplifting thoughts, and from what I gather from the description it is ultimately about changing your mentality when it comes to experiencing the major problems in life. It's so easy to think negatively when we go through the bad stuff - and it's understandable - but I believe the book is there to help us see the light at the end of the tunnel and act differently.

Now, anyone who knows me knows that I am the biggest cheerleader when it comes to my friends achieving their goals successfully. I don't care if what they have achieved is big or small, the fact that they have achieved something makes me so proud! I will never understand people who don't celebrate their friend's achievements - I've been on the receiving end of this kind of behaviour from toxic 'friends' and acquaintances (now ex-friends and ex-acquaintances) - but luckily I am not one of those people! I've known Teia since we were in secondary school and I knew she was writing a book, but now it's out and available to read I couldn't be happier for her and I can't wait to start reading.

For myself, the release of Teia's book is not only great self-help but it is also inspiring. When I was a kid I always thought that one day I would love to be an author and I recently told Teia that I would love to write a book about my personal thoughts and experiences one day. Now that she's published her book (and there are many more to come so keep an eye out) I feel inspired to start writing my own and one day I think I will take the plunge and have it published.

All in all, congratulations to Teia for releasing her first book! And if she can do it, so can I and so can you! Don't let anything hold you back!

You can purchase the book on Amazon for your Kindle device. If you don't have a Kindle device then download to Kindle app onto your smartphone or tablet.

Would you ever write a book? Are you thinking about writing a book, or in the process of doing so?
