Chistmas is meant to be a happy time but for many people, it can be a negative, miserable and depressing time characterised by loneliness, poor mental and physical health, abuse, bullying, domestic violence, homelessness, financial issues and life struggles.

I know the feeling so I have put together a list of helplines for people to access just in case.
