What is your morning beauty routine?
I wake up early in the morning (around 6 or 7am), brush my teeth, rinse my face with cold water, cream my body, apply deodorant and body spray (or perfume), put on my clothes, apply my make up and do my hair.

What’s for breakfast?
A (small) bowl of porridge oats or bran flakes.  If I have extra time in the morning or if it's a weekend, then I'll eat fried eggs, spinach, avocado and smoked salmon.

Coffee or Tea?
Herbal tea - I like peppermint, chamomile or berry - or a cup of warm water and lemon (and a dash of honey if I feel like it).  I like tea but I hardly drink it, I love hot chocolate (as an evening treat) and I dislike coffee.

How long does it take you to get out the door?
I usually wake up two to three hours before I'm supposed to leave the house, and that gives me plenty to time to get ready, eat breakfast and listen to the radio before I leave.  I'm not a last minute person and I hate rushing my routine so I try to get up as early as I can.  I used to shower in the mornings, but now I shower the night before (right before I go to bed) so that means I have extra time in the mornings.

What is your go to makeup look on a fuss-free morning?

What is your evening routine?
I come home from university or work, make myself some dinner and I spend my evenings reading blogs, watching YouTube videos, writing blog posts or writing articles.  I try to relax as much as I can in the evenings because I do all my work during the days and I start to feel a bit tired in the evenings (I can't do much work in the evenings because I work productively during the day) so I like to unwind.

What is your evening beauty routine?
I remove my make-up with cleansing wipes or micellar water (or cleansing milk) and cotton pads, and before I got to bed I cleanse my face properly using a cleansing lotion and my Magnitone device.  Then I shower, cream my body, apply talcum powder, put on my pyjamas and get into bed.

Snack time! What’s in the bowl?
Dried apricots or a piece of fruit (banana, avocado, mango, grapes, peach, nectarine, etc).  If I really want to treat myself then I'll have a bowl of sweet popcorn o I'll eat chocolate-coated raisins.

How do you wind down and prep for bed?
A hot shower helps, then I get into bed and watch YouTube videos or read magazines and blogs.  I'm trying my best to switch off digitally before I go to bed, but it's hard because I'm a little bit addicted to social media!

Cosy up! What are you wearing to sleep?
Pjamas!  I always buy pyjama sets from Primark.

What are some things you must do before hitting the hay?
Honestly, I close my eyes and wait to fall asleep, but I have a habit of 'daydreaming' before I fall asleep.
