After having a rather turbulent childhood I entered adulthood unsure if I would ever find happiness, but then I realised that happiness itself is a way of life.  It is not necessarily an end goal.  I can't be happy all of the time but as long as I'm content, appreciative and satisfied then that is good enough.  As long as I'm happy then I'm okay.  As long as I have people around me who encourage my happiness and support me instead of putting me down and setting out to hurt my feelings then I'm good.  As long as I know that I deserve to be happy as opposed to being miserable 24/7, then that's great.

And that is all.
