I really want to travel.

I want to travel a lot.  I want to see and explore many places in the world, and I want to see and experience the beauty of travelling around the world.  I am a bit of an avid wanderluster.  Read more about that here.

I haven't been all over the world.
I've been to Nigeria, France and Portugal, but I want to see and explore more places.  Plus I want to have holidays that I can come away from with a feeling of happiness and enjoyment.

Deep down I think I'm a bit of a free spirit.
I have always believed in freedom, personal power and autonomy.  A person who's a free spirit is not afraid to go beyond the boundaries of society's limitations in order to pursue their passions and live life the way they want.

The conventional path/way of life has never truly appealed to me.
Ever since I was young I have never truly fitted into the lifescript.  It has never been for me and trying to follow it has always made me unhappy, so I try to live my life on my terms and that makes me feel rather content.

I have always wanted to live a high-flying lifestyle.
Ever since I was little I have always wanted to live a high-flying lifestyle.  I don't know where this desire came from, but I have never been one to remain complacent.  I could never live a boring life.  Life is for living, and I want to have fun!  But I want a champagne lifestyle on a lemonade budget.

I can't relate to people who lack ambition.
I don't expect others to be as ambitious as I am, but people who don't want to do much with their lives baffle me.  We only have one life!  However I choose to live and let live.

I envy lifestyle bloggers.
I can't help it.  I read a lot of lifestyle blogs - such as Kimberley London, Liberty London Girl, The London Chatter, BeautycrushThe Style TravellerThe Londoner and A Lady In London - and I feel so jealous!  I'd love to be able to be able to go to nice places too!  However I don't sit around feeling jealous and I understand that bloggers only share a part of their lives online.

I want to fill my life with happy memories...
...hence why I want a nice lifestyle and the ability to travel.

I want to earn a good enough salary... I can afford the things I want as well as the things I need.  I don't feel as though I will ever have enough zeros in my bank account!

I like nice things but...
...I am not materialistic.

I love to socialise but...
I am a bit of an introvert.  I love going out with my friends - to restaurants, shops, coffee shops, the cinema, the local park, events, pubs, bars, etc - but I also have to have moments where I stay in and I'm on my own.  Plus I don't like clubbing.

I like museums and galleries.
I am a history buff and I am interested in humanities and culture, so I love going to galleries and museums.

I want to stay modest and down-to-earth.
I may want a high-flying lifestyle but I don't want to lead an overly-extravagant life.  I don't care about making millions (though that would be nice!)  I don't want an expensive sports car.  I don't want a Mac-Mansion.  The material things don't matter.  As long as I have a nice house, a good salary and a decent car then I will be fine.

I am trying to write more lifestyle posts for my blog.
Watch this space!

Ideally, I want to be a lifestyle writer/journalist.
That would be my dream career.
