My Life Ambitions

Anyone who knows me very well is aware that I am a highly ambitious person.
Ambition for me is second-nature.  From a young age I always knew that I wanted to do well.  I knew that I wanted a fantastic life.  I knew that I wanted to make something of myself.  I knew that I wanted to be happy and successful.  Ambition has always been a part of my psyche for as long as I can remember.  It wasn't something I had to sit down and think about.  It was something that I always knew, and I knew that I wanted to achieve my ambitions through various avenues.

I have already taken my education very seriously.  I knew that getting an education would help empower me and it would enable my progress.  At school instead of being rude to teachers and messing about, I kept my head down and stayed focused despite the obstacles I faced.  I didn't really like school but I loved learning, especially learning for learning's sake.

Now I am a full-time student at university.  Coming to university has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life so far.  I am able to further myself academically, enjoy fantastic experiences and progress in my personal development.  Plus, I prefer university over school.

I have always wanted a successful career.  Not a job, but a career.  I want a career that enables success.  I want a career that allows for progress and a great salary.

I can't imagine myself spending the rest of my life in a dead-end job.  I am not against anyone in a dead-end job (I've had odd jobs myself) but I want a career that motivates me to get out of bed in the morning - and I am not a morning person!  I want a career that encompasses all of my passions.  I love writing, I love blogging, I love reading newspapers and magazines and I have a massive interest in media and communications, so I want a successful career that includes all of those things.  Plus, having my own career and earning my own money would enable me to have (100%) independence, which is something I have always dreamed of.

Travel & Lifestyle

I'm not going to lie: I have always wanted a high-flying lifestyle.  I want to travel and explore other places in the UK and abroad.  I have been to (and lived in) other parts of the country and I have been abroad but I feel as though I have so much more of the world to see and explore, plus I have always wanted to try out different foods.  Ideally I'd love to visit tropical places or historical areas, and I'd love a job that enables me to take on opportunities to travel.

I have always been a dreamer - and I still am! - but I am also realistic and down-to-earth at the same time.  However, I don't rest on my laurels. I never have and I never will.  I am hard-working, determined, committed, driven and conscientious.  There have been times when people have made me feel as though I am worth nothing and that I would never amount to anything, and I often felt hopeless and worthless, but now I feel as though I have the confidence and the faith in myself to achieve the life I want.  I am now more determined than ever.

I want to achieve all the things I want in life and I very much hope to do so.

I want success, but most of all I want happiness and satisfaction.
